They responded very promptly, I had set up an appointment to view the car that I was interested in, but had to cancel because of a funeral. The car sold later that day. My fault only. It was the worst experience I had at a car dealership three times went to buy a car three times the car was not there do know if they sold the cars or not didn't call me to inform me about nothing My is important not to be wasted. They never disclosed the major damage to the car door.

The car was extremely dirty to cover up all the major scrapes and scratches. The interior had never been cleaned either. Dealership seemed shady. I do not recommend this place at all.

Wasted 2 hours driving there. Save your time and go to a representable place. Oh and parking is not located at the same site. This dealership is garbage. Do not trust them!!! The advertised cars are not on their lot.

I contacted them about a vehicle, they said they would get the vehicle ready for me to see. They texted me multiple times to let me know that the car was ready to test drive. When I arrived they informed me that the car was sent to auction 3 days earlier and asked if I wanted to see other cars on the lot.

None were comparable to what they advertised. John was a lame salesman. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Contacted me immediately, but it has been over two weeks and the car still does not have more than five pictures. Each time I have requested more pictures, I was told the car is being cleaned.

Something doesn't seem right. They were very professional and courteous. I ultimately did not buy from them but had great interactions with salespeople. Hampstead Pre-Owned is a wonderful business!!! They did a great job,just it was outside of my budget. They did a great job with helping me though!! Dealership responded back but sorry the car was sold.

One minute they said they had the car 2min later the supposed to be gone they call me a week later and said the car still hear they play to much. Transmission: Continuously Variable Transmission.
