Financial Aid 2-for-1 Tuition Promise Cleveland State University is offering a 2-for-1 tuition program for the Fall freshman class.

Eligibility Requirements In order to be eligible for the 2-for-1 Tuition Promise, students must meet all of the following criteria: Enroll in a CSU bachelors degree program for the first time in either the Summer or Fall semester. Have not been previously enrolled in a degree-seeking program at another college or university CCP or non-degree courses are fine.

Accept any financial aid offered for the academic year with the exception of loans or workstudy. Students must successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours in the Fall semester with a minimum of 3.

Winners will be notified by Friday, November 5, and we will celebrate this year's Champions at our community advisory council meeting on Thursday, November 18 at 4 p.
