The staff are so nice! The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok, It was clean! We had a problem with the AC, they change the room for us for better one. I highly recommend. About a 10 minute walk to Times Square and subway stations. Since there were 3 of us, it was nice to have a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed.
