Lots of sports and things to do! Lots of construction everywhere and hard to get around , too many pot holes and traffic cones. Sad to see homeless on streets and tents along major routes! Be careful if traveling alone they have pan handlers walking up to cars at traffic lights and across from a hospital.

It feels more like a suburban than city neighborhood. Love the convenience and the character. Garden shows, art extravaganzas and picnics. And transportation service fast, clean and readily available anytime and all the time. Did I mention very pet friendly and kind but controlled including the poops. Easy to get on in minutes. Walking distance to everything else. The neighborhood is great. Lots of food options. Shopping close by.

The only downside is finding a place to park. You can walk around safely during the day and a little more carefully at night.
